Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Today's K-Lit ("the app", "we") handles information when you use our iOS application.

The short version

Today's K-Lit does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, or location.

Information stored on your device

Your saved books (the ones you mark with a heart) and the daily recommendation state are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, and deleting the app removes them.

Information we receive

When the app loads the book catalog and cover images, your device connects to our content server (Supabase). Like any internet service, the server may temporarily process technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver content. We do not use this data to identify you.

Analytics and crash reports

To improve the app, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (for example, which screens are viewed) and crash reports. This data does not identify you personally and is never sold or used for advertising. If analytics are not enabled in your version of the app, no such data is collected.

Photos permission

If you use "Save to Photos" for a share card, the app asks for permission to add images to your photo library. The app never reads or browses your existing photos.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
